By using our platform at portal.ultimo-bots.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. What we provide
Ultimo Bots is a cloud platform for building and running AI support agents. You describe how your support should work, connect your content and channels, and we handle the training, configuration, hosting and deployment.
You can access your conversations, analytics and agent settings in the platform. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying models, software or infrastructure.
3. Subscriptions and pricing
The service is offered under the subscription plans shown on portal.ultimo-bots.com. Plans, features and prices can change over time without changing these Terms. Payments are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
- Make sure the content and instructions you give your agent are accurate and lawful.
- Use the service in line with applicable laws and basic ethical standards.
- Do not misuse, defraud or abuse the service.
- Keep your account credentials safe.
You stay responsible for how your agent behaves, since that follows from your configuration, content and rules.
5. AI and its limits
Ultimo Bots uses large language models and other AI systems. The architecture and data processing behind them are proprietary and confidential.
AI-generated answers can contain mistakes. Quality depends on the clarity of your content, your instructions and what visitors type, and people can deliberately try to provoke misleading or adversarial replies. We give no warranty of correctness or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for damages that result from your agent’s output.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
You keep the rights to the content you upload. The AI models, infrastructure, software and workflows remain the exclusive property of Ultimo Bots. A subscription grants a right to use the service, not ownership, a licence or access to source code.
We may process interaction data to operate, secure and improve our models and service.
7. Third-party tools
You can connect your agent to third-party tools such as calendars, payment providers, CRMs and email platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms and privacy rules of those services.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed.
9. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the six months before a claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if we believe you are violating these Terms or normal usage expectations. We will let you know, and any outstanding payments are settled individually.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are resolved in Lucerne, Switzerland.
