Customer Success

Lina shapes every screen our customers and their visitors interact with. Before Ultimo Bots she designed product experiences at two Zurich SaaS startups, where she learned that good AI products live or die on whether non-technical people can actually drive them.

She owns the end-to-end design system across the portal, the chat widget, the live inbox and the docs site, and she runs the regular customer interviews that catch usability bugs long before they become tickets. Her north star is simple: a small business owner should be able to build, deploy and tune an AI agent in a single coffee break, with zero jargon in the way.

Product Design

Sara is the human face of Ultimo Bots for hundreds of customers across Europe. She walks new accounts from sign-up to a fully tuned production agent, runs onboarding calls in English and German, and turns recurring questions into our public playbooks and help articles.

With a background in B2B SaaS support and a soft spot for hospitality and e-commerce brands, she has a sharp instinct for which conversations should stay with the AI and which need a human touch. Every Friday she packages the week's real customer feedback into a single brief that lands directly on the product roadmap, which is one of the reasons Ultimo Bots ships so fast.

AI Engineer

Jonas owns the AI platform that runs every Ultimo Bots agent and conversation. He architected the retrieval pipeline that lets agents answer from your real content within seconds, the live-chat backbone that powers human handover, and the integrations layer that connects the website widget, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and the hosted chat link.

Before Ultimo Bots he spent eight years building high-throughput AI and cloud-infrastructure systems, and that experience shows in our uptime numbers. He cares deeply about three things in that order: correctness, observability and speed, so the next 10× in scale never costs our customers a single missed message.
