Two things. Any skill step you flag as "captures lead" in AI Studio records the details the agent collected mid-conversation, whether that is name, email, phone or your own custom fields. And if you gate the chat behind a pre-chat form, every submitted form becomes a lead too.

The lead lands unread in your inbox with a badge, and the new-lead event pings you by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or Telegram, exactly the channels you pick in the Notification Center. Skills can also save the contact straight into HubSpot via App Actions.

Yes. Every lead row expands to the full transcript of the chat that produced it, so you have the whole context before you reach out. You can also export your leads.

Number of chats, messages per chat, total messages, agent response time and plan usage, plus a country map of your visitors and activity charts over time. You can compare up to five agents side by side over any date range.

Pick the weekdays and the recipients per agent, and a report email goes out at 08:00 Berlin time with the numbers for the period since the last one. Optionally it attaches the full chat history as an Excel file.
